Memories of long ago.

I have two connections with Cell Barnes. I was at Francis Bacon School and in 1968 a few of us visited the children. Scary yes but sparked in me a love of this client group. In 1995 I started work ina resettlement project in Potters Bar and we took 7 people from Cell Barnes and 1 from Leavesden. Visiting our new residents before their move showed that the old practices were still going on but they absolutely blossomed when they came to us. When I was a cadet nurse at SACH a cadet from Cell Barnes used to join us at college twice a week. This was 1970 and her name was Caroline Boylan. I would love to know how she is getting on all these years later. My name then was Tessa Adie.
