Too much news is bad for you

In a recent programme from the excellent Radio 4 series, All in the Mind, the presenter Claudia Hammond investigated some new findings - both scientific and anecdotal - into the psychological effects of broadcast news.

Rolf Dobelli (author of The Art of Thinking Clearly) voluntarily gave up any contact with broadcast news, and Dr Pam Ramsden from the University of Bolton has done extensive research into the subject. What they discover may have you regulating, or even declining, your daily “news fix”!
